| This week has been tough, very very tough. I've worked out twice but the third was cut short, I just gave up. Feeling like habits are starting to fall to the wayside slightly in the face of change this summer. | |

| Exercised every other day, including 3 bodyweight workouts last week and one run. One this week and one pending this morning. Feeling slightly stronger after consistency and fairly clean diet. Got to keep going as I'd like to trim down before growing | |

| Went for a run with my mum yesterday, sprinted the last 350 ish metres up hill. Nearly killed me, shows how unbelievably unfit I am. This must change. | |
