From midnight 02/06/17 to 02/09/17 (13 weeks) absolutely committed to none of the following: meat, dairy (except yoghurt), sweets, cakes, chocolate, biscuits, ice cream, scones, pizza, takeaways, crackers, cereals, bread, wraps, crisps, pastry and ready meals. I will train for 4 - 6 times per week without excuse during this period. I have 3.5 stone to lose. This one is for you my brother Bry.
