I commit to controlling the amount of time I spend indulging in digital entertainment and fiction novels. I will do this by abstaining from digital entertainment and fiction novels during the week, but allowing myself one day a week for indulgence. Either that, or one moment during the week where I can enjoy one episode or one movie or one hour of fiction. Digital entertainment means videos and games on the phone, tv, computer, movies, etc.

| It's a lot comfortable to work at home now. It's like I'm able to turn my focus on and off as I need it. Like focusing a camera. I feel much more in control. | |

| Persistance and knowing when to rest seems to be the key. Letting loose and letting yourself flow is important to being able to focus and have regular discipline. | |
