I've been lacking due to a recent bout of food poisoning. I can improve and start again by making exercise the first thing I do once I finish breakfast or even before just for a light run and hiit workout I've discovered online. |

Delayed due to recent collaboration with Guangdong Tourism Board and China southern airlines. I have managed to slim down recently in China due to a cleaner diet of vegetables, fruit, and rice mainly. I will use this to further propel my resolution to achieving a lean and defined body. I will also use it as reference that I can achieve intermittent fasting at least once per week. Had quick 30 push-ups today, will run for several KM tomorrow. |

Day 1: completed 5km run, 15km bike ride, and core workout. This was followed by 30 mins stretching and sauna + visualisation. |
