Go to bed by one o clock unless socialising Do the morning routine first thing - drink water, exercise, meditate, gratitude, money frequency exercise Between morning and 6pm exchange 1 hour gaming / watching gaming for 1 hour of work. After 6pm only game for 3 hours maximum.
