My filmmaker in HK this week, so I need to modify stickks:
This week -
Extra strict (zero tolerance) about no email before 12.30 (or just before meeting Rhys)
WhatsApp 5 x per day (final 7pm) (8am, then not until 12.30)
Emails - do fast, then leave alone until 4.30pm
No news until 5.30pm
Finish part 2 of book before we leave - tidy version
