I commit to limiting my recreational web use (read: not directly related to work priorities, education priorities, or bill paying etc.) to 30 minutes per day (1 episode of a show each day doesn't count). Using a timer to ensure compliance is also mandatory. Without a timer, the rules will be broken regularly, I expect.
