No sugar (meats ok, i.e. bacon), in restaurants bring your own dressing in case their dressing has sugar and they don’t have plain oil and lemon or vinegar, or go without dressing), No dairy except butter or ghee – I ask in restaurants if meal is prepared with cream or milk.
