I commit to starting my mornings more intentfully, but getting up when my cats want fed and staying up. I think if I do that, I'll start the day the way I want it to be started.

| I did it!!! I am up and have journaled and exercised. That putting on my exercise clothes tiny habit really works!!! Last week was really tough, but I used my tools and dug myself out of it with a little help from my friends. | |
