Good progress last week. Deadlift at 240 lbs, Barbell Squat at 175 lbs. Personal weight at 161 lbs. | |

Started doing real pull ups (not chin ups) and went heavier on my heavy carries. Next heavy carry D/B will be with a superset of 10 burpees each way. | |
