Did not gain any weight this past week. I am still at 157.9. But I upped my weights on :

1. Sqaut to press from 30 lb dumbbell to 35 lbs each hand.
2. Chest supported rows from 35 lb dumbbell to 40 lbs.
3. started doing barbell squats with 115 lb.

So, I did not gain any weight this past week. I am still at 157.9, but I upped my weights for squat to press from 30 lb to 35 lb dumbbell, 35 lb to 40 lb on chest supported rows and started doing barbell squats with 115 lbs. I think I did not put on weight because my meals were not up to the mark past week.

Gained 0.5 lb last week. Got back to doing 80 lbs weighted squats and added weights to my chest supported rows. Increased reps on my bench press. 4 weight training workouts last week and 1 regular workout.

Gained 2.0 lb weight since I started this program. Lost fat and inches. Bumped up my weight last week on all my exercises.

I worked out weight baesd training three days last week, Upped by reps on Chest supported rows and weighted squats (with 60 lb dumbbell), trained cardio one day a week and ran my first Spartan on Saturday.
