Intermittent fast any day. 2 days this week IF and shake only for lunch with regular dinner. Meals: Each meal is one hour long. 3 hours minimum between each lunch and dinner after final bite of food. Each meal has 1 portion of protein (no seconds- whatever I put on my plate before my first bite is all I eat of protein for that meal), unlimited vegetables and fat. Unlimited vegetables.
