09/13/17 I meditated for 30 minutes between two sessions today. The first ten minute session in the morning went smoothly. I focused my thoughts on training again and reflected. My night meditation was even better. I can hold my focus for longer and longer periods of time. I can feel myself about to make a breakthrough, I need to continue practicing on being an observer through it all. |

09/12/17 I meditated for 10 minutes in the morning. It was a good session. Starting mediation right after you wake up is difficult as it wakes you up but puts you to sleep at the same time. Overall it was productive, I focused on choice based training. |

09/10/17 I meditated for 30 minutes today while high. I was able to focus really well today. I thought about the various levels of rewards in life. It was a great session that made me see the big picture. |
