| Hoovering around 67 for a while, this morning I was down to 66.4 so I could report a success. Feels really good as I know I also made an effort, it wasn't just luck. | |

I will continue with my weight journey... it's not fun but it is necessary. I know if I lose this weight I can stay down, only I have to get there... So I'll do another 2.5 kilos in 5 weeks. It should be possible now that I am back working but it will be tough. |
