| I must be honest and say that I didn't meet my goal of sticking to my program! Waking up and getting going is still the major reason for my failures. I will do better this weekend! | |

| I can't say a true yes or no because this week has been difficult with mom and dad gone and steph, Brian , and the kids over. So this will be the true week. | |

| I am just starting my first Commitment Contract! I am excited and feel this will help me finally achieve my goal of getting back to training which I haven't been able to do for over 20 years. I hate the Democratic Party and I will not give them any money! I am starting my life over and nobody will believe what I will achieve. It will be great! | |
