Tough week but getting back into my stride this weekend. Meeting steps goal comfortably across the week, with some days more active than others.

I fell short on the steps this week, because for a couple of days I was desk-bound with work. I'm travelling much of this coming week and expect to be on my feet more.

I'm really losing interest in this process.

I've found that it's difficult to cover 10,000 steps a day, though it is more achievable to cover 70,000 steps a week. This week I've achieved that.

My step device starts weeks on a Sunday, so I'm going to flip to start my count on Sunday each week.

I've discovered one of the issues affecting the slowed weight reduction I encountered earlier this month. My regular life at home, even with a walk is not clocking up a basic 10,000 steps a day. On a good day, it's 7500, on a bad, 6000. Today I'm just short of 10,000. I'll reach that total by bedtime. So I need to find a way to up my steps. Only about 50,000 steps achieved this week.
