Go mostly vegan (dairy only at one meal per week, things with eggs only once per week). Honey ok.
Have a raw fruit/vegetable with every meal/snack Stop eating salty junk (doritos, cheezits, lays chips, cheesy poofs). Low sodium tortilla chips, smart popcorn, and pretzels are ok. Stop eating candy (gummies, candy bars, packaged cookies, etc.). Very dark chocolate (70%+) is ok. No soda or other sugary drinks. Make iced teas/tisanes at home and fresh juice are ok. Unsweetened if out.
