| I am almost disappointed at how easy this is. I don't really have a sex drive. I may be identifying as asexual soon, I don't know. I started my chastity on August 22, before I came to Stickk, so it has been over 40 days. If I were going to have strong urges, I would have had them by now. I notice more energy and a feeling of well being. That is partly from chastity, but also because I am drinking more water, cutting out certain foods, going for walks and being careful about the quality of my sleep. My goal is to lose 40 pounds over the next year. I am curious to see if the libido comes back as I get healthier. It could also be that my meds are lowering my drive. I can't come off the meds right now, but I may be able to work towards it. I will just have to wait and see, which of course is difficult for me. | |
