Though I only was successful 50% of the time, it's a work in progress in creating a new habit for life. The money lost went to charity, so I can feel good about that!! Will start a new challenge for this again soon. |

It's true, I have done no exercise days, but I've just started the Whole30 and the first week is too hard to include this. I'll pay the commitment loss this week, and begin next week. |

Still the same issue. Hardly enough exercise, but can't find the right time of day to make this a sustainable habit. Working on it still. |

I am still not there. Intended to walk the mall, but walking-mate had to cancel, so didn't get that in. Running in place more than anything else, and even that, not enough. Need to re-evaluate. Thought I'd move the exercise routine to when I get up, but in working 12hr shifts, I have very little time at home and am reluctant to use any of it for this. CAN I work my PIYO into the overnight shift? That's the ideal! |
