CleanFox commits to:
I commit to exercising 4 days a week whilst eating roughly 2200 "clean" calories over 4 meals spread through the day. Along side this I must take a picture of my body and weigh myself each week to stay motivated.
I also commit to finishing 2 paintings a week to a high standard. And lastly I commit to keeping track of the two above commitments in a journal and also any ideas or thought I have.
