| I have continued to work through the objectives of Bootcamp. Sadly, yesterday's distribution of magic letters etc was hampered by snow. We have been doing most of the delivering of letters etc on a Sunday so that Julian can do the bulk of it for me. This has been working well, although I am now stressing as have realised that through him doing it I have not got the Strava evidence needed..... Damn it!! I have a huge box of letters to go out this week now, so will make sure that I activate Strava for these. I have certainly got more focus in the business and am much better with my diary management and am pushing back more against people stealing my time. Fingers crossed that I have enough evidence to pass. Thank you for all of the assistance that we have been given, I certainly feel that I have a better control over the business now than I had before and am excited about the future with Julian joining the business in March. We have also structured our time between Christmas and New Year to be out delivering letters and KADW's..... | |

| The work on developers continues with 2 meetings booked in the diary. I also have an appointment with the mortgage broker to see if we can arrange a joint event for some of his landlord clients. The delivering of magic letters and KADW continues as well as the other objectives. I held my first open house last Saturday with 2 prospects looking around it, one of whom is still considering it. | |

| I have managed to keep on top of most of my tasks this week but have a few more to do for this time of the week due to taking time out to go to Crewe for the success summit. I am really focussed on getting the lettings work carried out. Shaun put the potential into much more of a spotlight with the activity and the results that it can achieve. Tonight I have a local property meeting to attend and have already arranged some time with the mortgage man to discuss the buy to let clients that he has to see if he would agree to introduce them to me. | |

| It has been another week of pounding the pavements, less delightful in the wind and rain..... I have continued with the landlord data delving. More KADW activity as well, although this still hasn't yielded any takers. I am still plugging away and enjoying the activity although struggling a bit with the workload and the day job. It is actually good fun. | |
