My mind has a certain clarity in the morning that allows me to follow my heart. This gets clouded throughout the day with expectations, routines, and cravings. But in the morning my mind is calm enough and the day is quiet enough that I can hear myself. |

I may not always (or most of the time) be out of bed at 6:40, but I am getting up before 7am on a regular basis. I can feel it becoming a habit. It takes much less effort to get up early than when I started this journey so long ago. It even takes less effort than just a month ago. My attitude in the morning may still be one of not wanting to get up, but I found myself getting up automatically even though may mind is still complaining. The physical or subconscious habit is getting stronger. |

Seven am seems to be the earliest I can really do, but I've been doing it consistently. |
