Nuts & Seeds NO SUGAR NO PROCESSED FOOD Supplements allowed: Krill Oil PAGG stack Caffeine Protein Powder BCAA's Other: All spices allowed Coconut oil, Avocado oil, Olive oil, Butter alllowed Over the course of six months, I will have six "get out of jail free" cards for one occasion each.
