I commit to meeting my daily Fitbit step and water goals each day.
I commit to tracking all my water intake with fitbit. I also commit to going to the gym on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday each week. I commit to doing both cardio as well as strength training at the gym. I commit to determining a strength training regimen this weekend (10/26) and a tracking app so that I can stick to my strength training each week.
