This goal is changed a bit. I now wake up at 5.30 on the weekend too so that my body isn't confused when I change the wake up time even for an hour. I did take a nap several times, sometimes almost right away after waking up, sometimes later. |

| It was amazing that I did get up at 5.30 every day pet weekend. On Sat and Sunday I woke up at 6.30. So this idea helped. I also need to stop falling asleep within the first hour. So my other goals - to leave the house - will help! | |
