It is Christmas, no work, schedule can be relaxed for the next week or two. Definitely helps for better work performance last week though

Missed a night of the five this week, no biggie just need to remain focused on bedtime and preparing for it. Exercise in the daytime and avoiding late-late night exercise has helped sleep quality

managing to maintain schedule, now missing the groggy morning feeling but still seem to feel tired, body is tired at 23:00. earlier bedtime may be required

This is going surprisingly well. A soft time limit around bedtime and the need to be in bed, not asleep is helpful. mood is better and the Brain fog greatly reduced
