| Nailed it for the second twenty-four hour period--with major improvements to my thinking process. Also, a big shout-out to the Pzizz team for making an app that makes these "long" focus sessions fun. And also to Eckhart Tolle, who taught me that the I* am Life, the Consciousness, and not the ego, emotion, or state of things. This helped me become present and enjoy the process way more--by actually being a part of life while getting my studies done (and my computer's fan to stop clacketying). | |
