How to motivate willpower psychologically
1. Chunking - Break Tasks into many tiny tasks to make ur brain accept it
2. Increase ur confident - Win many tiny tasks and believe that u can accomplish goal
3. View of willpower - It's unlimited man!
4. Change Identity - like I'm non-smoker, not smoker trying to quit (also change the word of thinking when u have an urge like I want to, not I need to or I have to)
5. More high-level thinking - Think more broad and general (Why I need to accomplish the goal, stick to keystone habits, not How I can do this, its too hard MTFK)

- Build Confident -- Win internal battle, meditation
- Holding strong frame -- from confident + Stay the Presence (from meditation)

- Work ethic -- no pain no gain, work hard to earn more money
- Social skill -- make network
- Resistant to rejection and move on

How to recharge Ur willpower biologically
1. Eat low-glycemic breakfast
2. Switch to stanby mode (not use brain to think' like watch series, chat with friends, short walk 5-10 mins)
3. Get enough sleep (Off mode)
I think the key is how our brain have glucose to use (1. to have sustain fuel, 2. to stop using and relax like the muscle, 3. to use less glucose and let body to efficiently utilize glucose). Remember that willpower is the battery.

Little tips: Because willpower is like the battery. So I need to place this 3 habits in Life from NOW on

1. Take a cold shower at every morning = to get out of comfort zone and for beta-endorphin
2. Do the willpower consuming tasks in the morning = like meditation, creative work, work out (if possible)
3. Eat breakfast that high in fat and protein. not carbohydrate (if i can) to have sustain-release fuel
