buffalobilious commits to:
I will not have grains, sugar, starches, or alcohol. I will limit myself to 1/2 cup of dairy and 1/2 cup of nuts per day. I can have 2.5 chear meals per week. 1 with Mandi, 1 with Ian/friends, and .5 with dad/mom/friends. 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, & 1/1 are cheat days. PTO days are cheat days. Cheat "meals" are a 4 hour window from start to finish.
