I went to therapy on Friday to prepare for ASB and Constance was very helpful. I haven’t been going to the gym at all since these few weeks have been nonstop. ASB week my main goal is to meditate. Here’s to a new stickk goal after break! |

I can’t believe it has been ten weeks since I began this goal and completed it each week! It makes me feel confident enough to do to so again :)
This week I continued meditation, but my work ethic and food eating and sleep was bad as it was my birthweek and I spent a lot of time socializing. I wanted to go to yoga today but didn’t find the time. I did see Constance the day I came back from the Grand Canyon and she helped me talk through what it was like to see my family. I am disappointed in how my journal still hasn’t been organized and I am pushing myself in the wrong ways while skipping stuff in others. I hope these next ten weeks will see even more progress! |

No therapy this week due to traveling to the Grand Canyon with the family! Beautiful spiritual trip, still a little emotionally draining but I did some running at one of the hotels we stayed at. Also walking at sunrise/sunset on the mountains and meditating, caught up on my reading for the mindfulness program! Final week #birthweek next week ~ very proud of how far I’ve come :) |

Missed Zumba this week because I wanted to start but did go to the gym with Miki and Tom to learn some more weights and run. Was feeling a little under the weather but I took extra meds and liquids to push through it. Also got a last minute appointment with Constance Friday morning, even though it stressed me out, and talked to her about my depression creeping up and dealing with my family at the Grand Canyon trip coming up. |
