Since I had surgery I couldn’t do my exercise commitment last week. Also My weight today is 146 lbs. I am just thrilled about it. I think I started at 160 lbs when I started my exercise regiment |

Still maintains 148 pounds but not going below that. My focus this week to try and lose 1 more pound to 148. I will do more exercises and watch my diet to achieve 147 weight |

My weight now is 148 lbs. I am avoiding too much carbs and more fruits , vegetables and some protein. As promised I did only a 2 days of stationary Bike for half hour. I am going to make it 5 days a week to stick to the weight loss |

As committed was able to do the work out 5days last week. But only 2 days did the stationary bike and 1 day of walking. I have to improve on those 2 in order to reach my goal at the specific time. Coming week my commitment is to do those 2 items. |
