Until Ascension weekend:
No candy Only cake on the three birthdays Cookies / dessert only if I am invited to someone elses place or out, and then in moderate amount Ice cream: only nice (B&J) and max twice a month No chips or cheese doodles. Popcorn only once a month The rest of the Valrhona chocolate ok (it is dark only)

| Had a breakdown during the birthday party with DS1s. Had some cookies and then chocolate in the evening. But really not a lot so it is a no but I am being kind to myself. | |

| I would say almost in line but I overdid DS1:s birthday a bit. Had some unnecessary cake and chocolate. But not too much and got in couple of good long walks together with DH, which was lovely. | |

| Yes! Had some ice cream but it was within the rules (B&J). But now no more until new month :-) | |

| Hehe, I did have B&J twice the same day, but this is approved according to the rules so it's a yes. It has been tough with all the candy lying around but I have been strong. | |
