Good, but amazingly hard. I did it this week, but was in dangerous territory on each trip to the grocery store!

It's been a hard week. I ate a planned dessert earlier in the week. Then yesterday i walked into a tea shop to buy one thing - tea filters. I looked at the baked books case and ordered a carrot muffin with TONS of cream cheese icing and I gobbled it sitting in the car. I'm so sad. I don't know what happened. I wasn't thinking of eating a sweet, but I saw them and HAD to have one. Sheer madness.
I'm trying very hard not to beat up on myself...
