For the fir time I actually feel like this is true. I started Intuitive Eating and it feels like I'm finally making peace with food.

This was a bad week. I had a couple of bad days justifying that if I tracked every day and my calories broke even it was still a good week. But I got injured and couldn't even walk to work. So I was burning little to no calories.
