| The anchoring is working Amazingly well. A few nights ago I stayed over in hotel and triggered my anchor just before going to sleep and it worked! In a hotel, a place I typically have sleeping issues!! | |

Well the pas couple of night have been great sleep! After Monday’s session I got the idea to anchor my going to sleep to the night I was the most tired from all the hard work I preformed the previous weekend (Thank You Nick!). Now every time I lay on my bed to go to sleep I trigger my anchor and BAM! Sound asleep... I mean out until my alarm goes off the next day. This is GREAT! |

This weekend I was working long hours on an emergency call. With a lot of physical engagement. This actually worked well for me because after dinner and a shower I slept soundly until the alarm. Although this was effective I don’t think that I want to continue working this hard to get sleep. Something to keep in mind to help in the future. |
