I have been doing intermittent fasting the last week because I have been busy in the early morning and unable to eat breakfast, so I have been only eating lunch and dinner, which contributed to my weight loss. I speculate my weight may increase a bit because I've been eating at home the last few days before moving out. Once I am fully settled in my new place, I will go to the dining halls at work to eat my meals, and given proper balance and portion control, I should be steadily losing body fat. I will update you periodically about that.

I had a very busy week at work so I ate less than I usually do so that definitely contributed to my weight loss. Did not have ideal quantity of protein every day, but I ate decent portions.

I did a good job for the most part the week of March 26-31 of eating decent food in good portions. I did let loose a bit with a dessert on Friday and eating out on Saturday, but should be fine for the most part after this. I will schedule my weight tracking every Saturday morning after taking a shit to maintain the most accuracy and consistency in the factors that go into weighing myself.

I ate proper portions this week and did not eat junk aside from going to happy hour with my boss and coworkers one night. My body fat % is at its lowest its been in the past few months!
