Barring illness, over the next 6 evenings and following mornings, I will be in bed by 10 p. m., with lights out by 10:15 p. m. on at least 4 nights. My total time, morning and evening, past these deadlines, will not exceed 4 hours. If I am sick, I am may extend the getting up deadline, but not the bedtime one!
