Right now i do a 30 min run either in the morning when i wake up or in the evening before bed. Im working on getting to the point where i can run 3 miles in that time period. Also spending 5-10 min jump roping and then do a couple sets of pushups. I got an in depth book on workouts and how to structure effective workout routines so I want to start incorporating exercises that target different body areas
