Completed a 5 mile run on Monday, a 2.5 mile run on Tuesday and completed an orange theory fitness workout on Wednesday and Thursday.

After being sick I got back on track this week. I ran 2 miles on Monday, 5 miles on Tuesday and completed Orange Theory Fitness workouts on Wednesday and Thursday. Orange Theory workouts involved interval training and covered a distance between 2 and 3 miles in addition to rowing and strength training.

Followed all workouts for the first week of the plan. In week two three days have been missed due to migraines and flu like symptoms. It is my plan to add cross training workouts and walks that were missed as supplements to runs later this week in order to make up the missed workouts.
