Every day, I will use my blue light for 20-30 minutes in the morning.
Every day, I will take 2 fish oils in the morning and 2 in the evening. Every day, I will do 6500 steps as tracked by my fitbit (and I'll order dumbells to do the steps with when at home) Every day, I will take the time to write down 3 things that I'm grateful for or happy about and I'll be detailed about them. I will also make an appointment with Dr. Erickson about nasal surgery before I leave to go to Austin.
