Not looking at any porn. Cannot search for or look at anything on the internet or in print for the purpose of arousal. This includes erotic YouTube videos, scrolling through attractive profiles on Facebook, Instagram or search engine search results. If confronted by anything of this nature unexpectedly, I must also choose to walk away before engaging with the material in any way that would cause further arousal. The use of any dating site is also forbidden.
