I have begun to think "no sugar, no flour, but for one Joy Eat/week", and that is helping!

I am struggling with this, and will start another challenge, revised in a way that will help me to stay on track to avoid the $$ consequence.

Cannot do more than a day at a time without having something I know I could do without, but choose not to.

I purchased a bunch of chocolate items at a mini-mart, and I've had other snacks that while not "bad", I should be abstaining from until I've got this habit formed.
