| I decided to be lazier than I should have been. :( i am still committed to the project and plan on beginning an exercise regimen soon. However, I was not able to complete it for this go-round. | |

| One of the items JumpCut suggests is to write down EVERYTHING I consider a bad habit (even things that aren't necessarily related to the new YouTube adventure) and replace it with a good habit. After spending at least 2 years fighting my weight, I have decided to start working on that again and after several months of having a membership at the gym, I FINALLY got up this morning and used it! I prayed to god last night (something I don't do often enough) and asked to have the willingness to get up when the alarm sounds and get moving! In the recent past, I have been setting my alarm and hitting the snooze and/or just shutting the alarm off and not getting up. I am happy I finally got up this morning and got gave me the willingness to MOVE! | |
