| Ryan, you sought medical care (responsible action) for an illness this past week. The "doctor" ordered you to take PTO which under the circumstances meet the requirements of allowable productivity for the week. Take a look at the Opposite Action Skill videos I sent and see how you might apply opposite action in managing your emotions, especially anger. | |

| I clearly did not meet the literal terms of my commitment this week. Per our discussion, I addressed the issues which arose according to instructions and to the best of my ability at the time, which admittedly was poor at best. I'm sure I can do better moving forward. That said, I asked - and Kevin instructed me - to answer this report as "Yes", assuming a broader definition of productivity. In the spirit of our discussion this evening perhaps we could consider refining and improving the terms of this commitment. Also in that spirit, I'll keep the rest of this short. Sheldon, I leave the final decision up to you. Regardless, I look forward to moving onward and upward next week. I really appreciate the generosity, support, and love each of you have offered.
