Not as precise as originally intended, but effective regardless. Going to bed in the vicinity of 2:30 rather than 5-6am.

last night went to bed about 2:30 and fell asleep quite quickly. trying no heating now, should help for better sleep

last night want to bed by around 2:30am. Fell asleep around 6am. Got up for a bit around 4am. Overslept for work, set up a second alarm for tomorrow
