I haven't been sticking with my schedule every day and a couple of days the routine was non existent. The good things are that I chose a really good selection of morning tasks and I'm sticking with them more than ignoring them.

I'm going to shift focus to just making sure I note on my worksheet the outcome of each day's task. The focus will be on becoming more aware of the things I'd like to do and how I think of them rather than solely focusing on if they happened or not. I'm going to be observing rather than forcing. In the long run this will help me build up better habits by gaining a better understanding of how I think of these tasks in the moment.

Alterations from previous commitment: work week only, added 'house management' category for paying bills, checking mail, doing grocery list, etc, and created a wake-up range to provide more flexibility and motivation.

Will continue to use a print-out that allows me to mark and add notes for each category each day. It really helped me stay focused and acted as a reward at the end of each task.
