It was a very difficult week energy wise/chronic fatigue BECAUSE I feel out of ketosis...took me 4 days to regain Ketones & energy.

Committed to building some lean muscle mass via body weight exercises. Given my chronic fatigue & fibromyalgia I have to start slowly & gently. Start with 3 x 30 second wall sits & from there build up to some squats, lounges, arm dips etc using online 5 min exercise routines.
