ltrimarco commits to:
Partake in daily activities that will nourish my body & mind. I commit to do the following:
- Yoga 2x a week - Work out 3x a week (run or gym) - Meditate 2x a week My goal is to spend enough time on each to where I feel rejuvenated-- whether it be a 30 minute work out, 10 minutes of meditation, a a 2 mile run, etc. I also commit to keeping a journal of my daily activities in order to reflect and track my progress over the course of the semester (and beyond!).
