I ate multiple snacks before/after dinner without logging them. I was successful at sticking to my plans at work, but when I got home, I started eating emotionally. I ate standing up in the kitchen without even paying attention.

March 22- Today is my first day! I ate a big breakfast so I can see (on MFP) that lunch and dinner will need to be smaller. I am going to practice deep breathing today, so I can approach all my decisions with a clear head.
