| I barely squeezed in that last workout. The calorie counting was harder this week and I’ve definitely stopped trying to stay under the number. My mood is worse and I’m feeling less confident about myself than in weeks last. | |

| I counted calories and exercised 3 times. However I was usually way over budget on calories. Consequently I have felt less “with it” and more stressed. | |

| Didn't hit my calorie GOAL for the last 3 days but did at least count the damn things. Noticing more self confidence, less desire to drink, more energy. | |
