| I really like your commitment to your goal! Here some strategies that helped me and others when tempted: remember WHY you do it. Also be really really MINDFUL about everything that is going on while you are tempted. breathing, heartbeat, etc. Think about someone you know who has succeeded at your challenge or has in general a lot of willpower. Those are just some strategies. Stay strong :) | |

| Been 2 weeks or 14 days without porn or masturbation. Amazing. I've had difficulty sleeping...but other than that life is good | |

| It's been 10 days since i've watched any porn or masturbated. Having this commitment made it the easiest 10 days i've gone through while doing this. The next 80 will be even easier. "Breaking up with porn" is awesome. | |
